The course is available 24/7, so you can view it at your convenience.
You can log in and watch it as many times as you wish. Just be sure to write down your user name and password, as you will need them each time you log in.
You will need the Patterson Enrollment key found on the tear sheet your Patterson rep provided. The Key consists of two capital letters followed by three numbers and is case-sensitive.
Click on the link below. Create your user name and password. (Be sure to write down that information!) Note: the user name, password and enrollment key are all case sensitive.

Your password must have the following four things:
- at least 8 characters
- at least 1 digit(s)
- at least 1 lower case letter(s)
- at least 1 upper case letter(s)
Be sure that you are not using the Enrollment key or your email address as your password. Double check that you have clicked on the activation link in the confirmation email you received. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam, junk mail or trash folder. Remember the user name, password and enrollment key are all case sensitive.
Check your spam or junk mail folder, and be sure you aren’t using an anti-spam program that blocks all incoming messages until the sender is identified. The confirming email is from a “Do-Not-Reply” address and your confirming email will never get to you.
The Enrollment key is case-sensitive and consists of two CAPITAL letters followed by three numbers. If you don’t have an Enrollment key, contact your Patterson representative.
Be sure you are not using your email address as your username or password. Confirm that you are using the correct username and password. Remember the user name, password and enrollment key are all case sensitive.

The entire staff took the course as a group, but it won’t let me print certificates for each staff member.
In order for each person to get their own certificate of completion, they must create their own account. If you prefer, staff can take the course as a group by simply registering and logging in under one name, then watching the training together. However, you will need to keep a sign-in sheet with the course title and the date the team viewed the course. Have each staff member sign the sheet and keep it in your OSHA manual. The sign-in sheet will suffice in lieu of individual certificates.
To reset your password, click on the link below and when prompted submit your username or your email address. If you previously registered and are in the database, you will receive an email with instructions.
You must complete the post test/quiz and course evaluation before you can print your certificate. After you are logged in to the training center, return to your home page and click on My Courses. Then select Hazard Communication Training. At the bottom of that page, click on Certificate of Completion. The certificate will download as a PDF file, which can be viewed, saved and printed using Adobe Reader. Depending upon your browser, it may open in another window or be listed in your download window. Your IT technician can assist you with questions about your browser settings.
