Documentation Analysis & Risk Management Assessments
When was the last time you had your practice evaluated for hidden risks and liabilities? We provide onsite quality inspection and risk analysis of your practice including patient records, human resource practices and regulatory compliance documentation in order to determine your practice. Safeguard your assets by taking a proactive approach to quality care and service.
Introductory Consultation (1-day) consists of:
- Half-day quality inspection and risk analysis
- Half-day Risk Management or Record Keeping training session
Extended Consultation (2-day) consists of:
Day 1
- Quality inspection and risk analysis
- Evaluation of human resource practices
- Debriefing session with Doctor
Day 2
- Full-day Risk Management and Record Keeping training session, including development of custom quality and performance improvement strategies for your practice.
